The trademark of Este Restaurant is undoubtedly the food. The gourmet food. Splendid, memorable taste of each dish is a tribute of the chef Dimitar Damyanov, who worked in some of the most prestigious restaurants in the world as Noma, Arzak, Fat Duck, Sawoy Gril, Le Gavroshe and others. Its mission is each customer to experience the best of the kitchen on the planet – here in Bulgaria! So Este organizes theme evenings devoted to the cuisines of different countries. Thanks to the work of Chef Damyanov as well as to the team, the Este Restaurant has been awarded with various prizes – the prize of the Bulgarian Forum, Awards of Bacchus magazine (for original cuisine) and the International award – the World Quality Commitment Award (Paris).

Manager and sommelier of the elite restaurant is Mr. Jordan Kirilchev, awarded “Sommelier of the Year 2014” of the Bulgarian Association of Professional Sommeliers. Repeatedly his wine selections are nominated in the category for “Best selection of drinks” in the “Restaurant of the Year.”

Maintaining an innovative, extremely interesting and healthy food preparation is among the main priorities of Este. Products with best quality are selected from around the world. These are combined with local herbs and fresh wild seasonings. The classic dishes are served with a unique style in new, unconventional combinations that enchant the senses.

The magic of delicious and aromatic cuisine is complemented by elegant baroque atmosphere of Louis XIV, which the restaurant offers. Guests can enjoy the comfort, privacy and peace to fully enjoy their lunch or dinner.

During the warm days the Este guests can fill their senses with the beauty and tranquility in the cool garden greenery. The gentle song of the fountain can be heard in each of the eight tents, located there, each of them with individual lighting, fan and cable TV.

The special guests are provided with a VIP hall with 12 seats, completely isolated from the rest of the salon.

Close to the restaurant, in an abundance of flowers, light and space, is located the Este coffee shop. The place is perfect for organizing corporate and private events, presentations, etc.
